Ramos Gin Fizz

Ramos Gin Fizz with creamy top in a highball glass.

How to Create this Fizzy Masterpiece

In a shaker add:

  • .5 oz. -or0 15 ml. Simple Syrup
  • .5 oz. or 15 ml. Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. or 15 ml. Lime Juice
  • 3 dashes orange blossom water
  • 1 oz. or 30 ml. Heavy Cream
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 oz. or 60 ml. Ford’s Gin (or gin of choice)

Dry Shake

Add ice and shake again (like crazy: the more you shake the better it tastes)

Strain into a highball (or tall/skinny) glass

Top with 2 oz. or 60 ml. carbonated water
