How to create this fizzy masterpiece drink:

In a shaker add:

  • 0.5 oz or 15 ml simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz or 15 ml lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz or 15 ml lime juice
  • 3 dashes orange blossom water
  • 1 oz or 30 ml heavy cream
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 oz or 60 ml Ford’s gin (or gin of choice)

Directions

Dry shake.

Add ice and shake again (like crazy, the more you shake the better it tastes).

Strain into a highball (or tall/skinny) glass.

Top with 2 oz or 60 ml carbonated water.
