About MUNA
MUNA is a musical group of three members based in Los Angeles, California. The trio met during college at the University of Southern California as they were all involved in the University’s music scene in some capacity. After doing quite a bit of experimenting with their sound, MUNA decided to mainly focus on the genre of hooky electronic pop but they are always willing to try a new sound if it fits the song. MUNA is a pop band that explored themes of LGBTQ+ issues, self-introspection, and connectivity between people. They have opened for and touring with Harry Styles, Taylor Swift, and other extremly popular artists, which helped to expand their audience. In addition to exploring LGBTQ+ themes, MUNA is an outspoken advocate for rights and inclusivity for all. They are currently touring all over the world both as openers and as the main attraction.
