After the loan is closed, periodic review is an essential step to ensure ongoing credit quality. Commercial Alliance offers the following services to assist Member Credit Unions in monitoring loans after they are funded:
- Review recent tax returns, credit reports, and personal and business financial statements of borrowers
- Prepare financial spreads and analyze cash flow
- Conduct Rent-Roll analysis and lease agreement follow-up
- Evaluate the adequacy of insurance coverage
- Verify that the property taxes are up to date
- Verify that the UCC filings and other collateral requirements are in place and up to date
